Once you have applied for the role, a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your application further. You may then be invited to an online interview where we will get to know you, understand your goals and assess your suitability for the role. Equally, you will learn all about Ladybird and our values. If we feel that you might be the right person for the role, you will then be invited for a room trial so that you can get a proper feel for the nursery before joining the team.
All of our nurseries are only open in the week, Monday to Friday. All settings close over the bank holidays throughout the year as well as during the Christmas period.
Yes – perhaps you might be interested in joining our apprenticeship scheme or alternatively, we may have ‘unqualified’ positions at our nurseries. Either way, you will have the opportunity to work towards a recognised childcare qualification at no cost to you (subject to eligibility).
