Job description
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our new nursery in Chalfont St Peter. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth of a new nursery from opening.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a Nursery Chef with good knowledge of healthy cooking, particularly for young children (e.g. in nurseries or schools). They will have:
- Food Hygiene certificate (can undertake the course with us if required)
- Good knowledge of healthy cooking, particularly for young children
- Ability to cook tasty, homely and healthy meals
- Ability to keep stock and place orders for supplies
- Knowledge of practices and paperwork associated with 'safer food, better business'
- Experience working with children is beneficial (not required).
