Job description
We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead the charge of our brand-new nursery in Bromley. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for early years education and childcare, and a successful proven track record in managing across the Early Years Foundation stage. You will possess excellent and up-to-date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations, a thorough understanding of Safeguarding children and keeping them safe, accompanied by a positive can-do attitude, the ability to motivate a team, and a commitment to every child in the setting succeeding.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Have at least 3 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Have a robust knowledge of safeguarding and relevant procedures
- Have expert knowledge of the requirements of the EYFS
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of child development
- Be proficient in standard computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have fluent spoken and written English.
